Overview
This ½ Day workshop is designed and facilitated to help participants appreciate the importance of a team charter, building high performing teams and team management. Key elements include interpersonal skills, building relationships, exploring self-knowledge, developing team vision, team purpose and team values. Teams will list their Shared Vision, Roles, Rules and Responsibilities and Routines (SV + 4Rs) embedded with Values and Purpose. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, trust, loyalty and commitment are emphasized to achieve individual and organizational goals.

- Identify Team Behaviours of High Performing Teams
- Describe the Phases of Team Development given Bruce Tuckman's Model
- Describe the Importance of Purpose and Value of a Team Charter
- Introduction to the SV+4R Model
- Apply the following through a Case Study
- Exercise 1 : Craft a Shared Vision (SV)
- Exercise 2 : Craft a Mission Statement
- Exercise 3 : Craft 4Rs (Roles & Responsibilities, Rules & Routines)
- Personal Reflection and Craft a Personal Action/Team Action Plan
