Overview
Creativity & Innovation in the workplace is designed for learners at all levels to demonstrate how creativity can be promoted in the workplace so as to achieve peak performance. Participants will learn to look at problems and work-related issues from a different perspective. Thinking out of the box will give them a new stimulus to facing challenges at work and provide them with the tools for finding creative solutions to problems. Participants will also be introduced to creative problem-solving techniques and tools.
