Overview
As a Servant Leader, you're a "Servant First" – you focus on the needs of others, especially team members, before you consider your own. Servant leadership is not a leadership style or technique but rather it's a way of behavior that you adopt over the longer term. It complements democratic leadership styles, and it has similarities with Transformational Leadership, which is often the most effective style to use in business situations where leaders demonstrate humility, emotional quotient and professional engagement and relationship dealing with above, peers and subordinates (360 engagement) at work.

- Identify functional and accompanying attributes of Servant Leadership
- Determine six behaviours that destroy Servant-Leadership
- Case-study application of Servant Leadership Behaviours and Traits
- Personal reflection and Crafting of Personal Action Plan to transfer learning back to workplace
